Includes a Silent Mindfulness Retreat, Saturday February 25th 11am–5pm.

Gentle Vinyasa Series

Wednesday March 1, 9.30am–10.30am. $60 or YFL class card.

This class will focus on how to enhance general health and well being, and how to live better in your body.

Thursday March 2, 5.45pm–6.45pm. $60.

Through the practice of gentle stretches, yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditative practices as taught by Swami Sivananada we can create a level of peace in our lives while managing our day to day stress levels.

Yoga For True Beginners

Six Week Series
Starting Saturday March 4th

Saturday March 4, 11am–12pm. $60 or YFL class card.

Learn the basic poses, breathing practices and yoga philosophy that bring peace of mind, improved flexibility and increase strength and vitality.

Mindfulness Meditation for Experienced Meditators

Sunday March 12, 6.15pm–7.30pm. $13 drop in, $120 for 12 classes.

This monthly mindfulness meditation class is an opportunity to deepen and reconnect with your practice and spend time with like-minded individuals who share the desire to live a more centered and mindful life.

Laughter Yoga

De-stress, Energize & Get Happy with Laughter.

Laughter Yoga is not Yoga Poses. It's the yoga of breath and moving energy. It promotes healing and having more fun through laughter. So it is available to everybody. You can participate even in a chair.

Neck and Shoulders Series

Friday March 24, 6.30pm–8pm. $59.

You will come away from this three week series with tools you can use at home, work, or almost anywhere to alleviate your pain without the use of drugs, manipulation or surgery.
