Our weekly, Monday morning class for continuing students that have practised Svaroopa® Yoga for a minimum of three months

Using gentle yet effective yoga poses, breathing and relaxation, this class provides stress relief and inner peace as it unwinds the busy mind and body of tensions and tightness.
