Laughter Yoga

De-stress, Energize & Get Happy with Laughter.

Friday July 20, 7pm–8pm. $15 drop in or YFL class card.

Laughter Yoga is not Yoga Poses. It's the yoga of breath and moving energy. It promotes healing and having more fun through laughter. So it is available to everybody. You can even participate in a chair.

Mindfulness Meditation for Experienced Meditators

Sunday July 22, 6:15pm–7:30pm. $15 single class drop in, $120 for 12 classes.

This monthly mindfulness meditation class is an opportunity to deepen and reconnect with your practice and spend time with like-minded individuals who share the desire to live a more centered and mindful life.

Chair Yoga

Monday July 23, 2pm–3pm. $65 the series or $15 drop in.

Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga class for students of all ages. It is practiced sitting on a chair or standing next to the chair, for greater support.

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

Seven-week series.

Tuesday July 24, 11:30am–12:30pm. $75 or $15 drop in.

If you struggle with fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or any other arthritic condition, this form has been designed by a medical doctor and Tai Chi expert to help you.

Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners

Tuesday July 24, 7pm–8pm. $135.

This four week course provides an introduction to mindfulness techniques that can help you manage stress and anxiety and cultivate a greater sense of wellbeing.

Dharma Study Group

Sunday July 29, 3pm–4:45pm. $By donation.

Come join us as we practice mindfulness, loving-kindness and other forms of meditation, discuss Buddhist texts as they relate to modern life, and create a community of dharma practitioners (sangha).

Deep Relaxation Class with Crystal Bowls

This workshop will provide you with an overview of mindfulness and the important role it can play in reducing stress and improving the quality of your life.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Management (MBSM) – 8 week Course

Tuesday September 25, 7pm–9:15pm. $425 by September 12, $450 after (including materials).

During this Mindfulness-Based Stress Management (MBSM) course, you will learn meditation techniques to help calm the mind, deal with disturbing thoughts and emotions, focus attention, enhance the mind-body connection and improve relationships.

Mala Making Workshop

Saturday September 29, 1pm–3pm. $35 including all materials.

Learn the sacred art of mala making and how to use your mala for prayer, intention setting, and/or your personal yoga or meditation practice.
