Yoga For True Beginners

Six-week Series

Learn the fundamental postures of Hatha Yoga in a safe and supportive class. Yoga breathing and basic meditation practices will also be explored.

Deep Relaxation Class with Crystal Bowls

Friday September 28, 7pm–8pm. $20 in advance, $25 at the door (YFL class card not included)..

Experience the healing properties of sound vibration from crystal bowls, creating deep relaxation, restoring our energy and calming the busiest of minds.

Mala Making Workshop

Saturday September 29, 1pm–3pm. $35 including all materials.

Learn the sacred art of mala making and how to use your mala for prayer, intention setting, and/or your personal yoga or meditation practice.

Dharma Study Group

Come join us as we practice mindfulness, loving-kindness and other forms of meditation, discuss Buddhist texts as they relate to modern life, and create a community of dharma practitioners (sangha).

Chair Yoga

October – November Series

Monday October 1, 2pm–3pm. $65 the series or $15 drop in.

Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga class for students of all ages. It is practiced sitting on a chair or standing next to the chair, for greater support.

Yoga 101 For Beginners

Six-week series

Monday October 1, 7pm–8pm. $65 the series.

The 101 Beginners class is designed for first time yogis and for yogis who haven't practiced yoga for a while and who would like a refresher and to build upon their current knowledge.

Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners

Four-week Course

Tuesday October 2, 7pm–8pm. $135.

This four-week course provides an introduction to mindfulness techniques that can help you manage stress and anxiety and cultivate a greater sense of wellbeing.

Mindfulness Meditation for Experienced Meditators

Sunday October 14, 6:15pm–7:30pm. $15 single class drop in, $120 for 12 classes.

This monthly mindfulness meditation class is an opportunity to deepen and reconnect with your practice and spend time with like-minded individuals who share the desire to live a more centered and mindful life.

Laughter Yoga

De-stress, Energize & Get Happy with Laughter.

Laughter Yoga is not Yoga Poses. It's the yoga of breath and moving energy. It promotes healing and having more fun through laughter. So it is available to everybody. You can even participate in a chair.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga

Four-week Series

This gentle yoga series is open to anyone wishing to cultivate the mind-body connection in a safe and nurturing environment, whether or not you consider yourself a trauma survivor or have had prior movement experience. Movements will be accessible to most.
